SED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (MVPS)
If you have entitlements and can log into the Business Portal and SED Monitoring, questions regarding SED Monitoring surveys can be directed to the program office of the survey you need assistance with or who requested you report data.
A complete listing of contacts can be found by logging in to SED Monitoring and clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
If the CEO does not have entitlements needed for SED Monitoring surveys, please contact the program office of the survey that directed you to submit data.
Many surveys under the SED MVPS must be created at the district level, in the case of a principal, the principal will have two SEDDAS accounts, you will need to check with the program area that requested you submit data to find out which type of account is needed.

SEDDAS Account Technical Support
The SEDDAS Help Desk is available to assist CEOs with password resets and the basics of creating, entitling and managing their school administrator SEDDAS accounts. To do this the CEO will need to know what the business rules of the applications are, what entitlements should be granted, and what roles their school administrator needs for each application. If they are unsure, they can contact the program area that requested they report the data (see list of NYSED Program Offices above).Questions about applications accessed through the Business Portal or how to report the data you need to submit, can be directed to your RIC, your BOCES or the program office of the application that you need assistance with (see list of NYSED Program Offices above).
For assistance with SEDDAS password resets and technical difficulties regarding the Business Portal SEDDAS accounts, email: seddas@nysed.gov Please provide the BEDS code of your district or school, the user name you are asking about, your name and User ID and a contact phone number you can be reached at.
The following applications cannot be accessed from the Business Portal

L2RPT and Level 0 Historical can be accessed via the web site owned and provided by the Regional Information Center (RIC) or Big 5 associated with your school using your SEDDAS account credentials if you are entitled to L2RPT.

Teacher Access and Authorization TAA data is no longer accessed from the Business Portal, it is no longer in use. All educator data will be reported directly by school districts, charter schools and BOCES using the Student Information Repository System (SIRS).
