RISE 2023 Conference Registration-Leading the Way: Resilience and Adaptability in School Leadership

We are excited to announce that registration for the 39th annual RISE conference on November 15 & 16, 2023 at the Albany Marriott Hotel is now open- https://rise-2023-conference.cheddarup.com.

Registration is open until Monday, November 13, 2023 at 5pm.

Hotel reservations close on Sunday, October 22, 2023, a 12 am.  After this time the complimentary hotel room reservation will not be available.  Rooms may be booked directly with the hotel at the standard hotel rates.

The keynote speaker is Dr. Steven D’Agustino, Director of Online Learning, at Fordham University.  Dr. D’Agustino will be sharing his expertise on Artificial intelligence's integration into schools. His talk will offer a transformative lens on education, highlighting unparalleled opportunities and pressing challenges related to access, equity, and instructional efficacy.  Attendees of this keynote will begin to explore these dynamics, empowering them with the insights and strategies to navigate and harness AI's potential in the educational landscape effectively.  Dr. D’Agustino will also provide a breakout session further exploring his keynote Wednesday afternoon.       

In addition, there will be sessions on topics such as: Using Social Media to Promote School and Boost Enrollment, Social Emotional Solutions for Students and Teachers, Encouraging Student Leadership, Courageous Leadership: Strategies and Solutions for School Leaders, Principals: Super Teachers or Super Administrators: Effective Strategies for Overworked Principals, Staffing Structures & Solutions, Building Successful Teams, and Decision Making for Effective Change.  This is just a sample of the topics that are being planned.
