Regents Actions in 79 Professional Discipline Cases and 2 Restoration Petitions

The Board of Regents announced disciplinary actions resulting in the revocation of 1 license, surrender of 18 licenses and 1 license that was originally issued as a certificate, and 58 other disciplinary actions. The penalty indicated for each case relates solely to the misconduct set forth in that particular case.  In addition, the Board acted upon 2 restoration petitions.

The Board of Regents voted on September 14, 2020 to deny the application for restoration of the physician license of James D’Arrigo, Walden, NY. Dr. D’Arrigo’s license was revoked on December 12, 2006.

 

The Board of Regents voted on September 14, 2020 to deny the application for restoration of the physician license of Raymond Reiter, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Dr. Reiter’s license was surrendered on January 21, 2000.
