Please be advised that the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS), pursuant to the contract between IDEMIA and DCJS, has issued a revised fee scheduled for civil fingerprint-based Criminal History Record Information (CHRI) checks effective August 1, 2019.  The revised administrative fee for MorphoTrust/IDEMIA fingerprint processing will take effect on August 1, 2019.  The rate for the administrative fee for MorphoTrust/IDEMIA will increase from $12.00 to $13.50. 

LIVESCAN fingerprint submissions will be handled as follows: The MorphoTrust/IDEMIA administrative fee increase will be effective on August 1, 2019.  The fee tables will be updated on the evening of July 31, 2019.  Because payment is made onsite, the new MorphoTrust/IDEMIA administrative fee will be charged at the time the applicant is processed beginning August 1, 2019.  The MorphoTrust/IDEMIA fee rate is changed based on the date that the applicant is processed at an Enrollment Center and NOT on the date the applicant schedules their appointment.  Applicants printed prior to and including July 31, 2019 will pay the $12.00 MorphoTrust/IDEMIA fee and applicants processed beginning August 1, 2019 will pay the $13.50 FBI fee.
