NYSED Announces Proposed Changes to ESSA Regulations

The New York State Education Department proposed changes to regulations to implement the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), which reflect stakeholder input and public feedback. The public comment period on the proposed changes began October 3, 2018 and ended November 2, 2018.
