- Statutory changes to Annual Professional Performance Reviews (APPR) – Chapter 59 of the Laws of 2019 Education Law §3012-c and §100.2(o) and Subpart 30-2 of the Commissioner’s Regulations
- Education Law §3012-d and Subpart 30-3 of the Commissioner’s Regulations
- Sections 30-2.14 and 30-3.17 of the Commissioner’s Regulations, which establish transition scores and ratings for teachers and building principals during the 2015-16 through 2018-19 school years as the State transitions to new State assessments aligned to Higher Learning Standards and a revised State-approved growth model
